We have an exciting opportunity for someone keen to launch their HR career in a dynamic, energetic team environment.  Responsible for the coordination of our technical recruitment you will also support the delivery of the full HR portfolio including:

Attraction, Recruitment and Retention

Performance and Reward

Talent Management

Health and Safety

Learning and Development, and

Employment and Industrial Relations.

Based in the beautiful Whakarewarewa forest in the centre of Rotorua you will be part of an experienced HR team who are keen to mentor and develop your skills.  In return you will deliver nothing but the best in your support of both HR and organisational success.  Your enthusiasm and energy for excellence will be balanced with a strong self awareness that enables you to engage with our diverse workforce professionally and collaboratively. 

As a people-centric professional you will have commenced or possibly completed a tertiary qualification in HR (or related field) and are now ready to put into practice your learning's.  What will be essential is your proven track record in delivering what you say you will, effectively and efficiently.
